Our COVID-19 Protocols
In order to continue following social distancing protocol and keep foot traffic through our lobby to a minimum, we will be issuing some guidelines for our grooming clients to follow:
◘ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, please place your pet in a vacant outside kennel located to the left of our front entrance (through the gate that says employees only). We will then allow your pet to come into the building via dog door after they have some time to relieve themselves. 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪 so you have it available when picking them up - they will be let outside via dog door to the same outside kennels you put them in when they arrived.
◘ 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, please let us know by phone, message, or email beforehand. We will NOT be checking you in through the lobby at this time.
◘ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, we will contact you by phone, text, or message to let you know. We request that you do not show up beforehand as we will not be prepared or could not be finished. There will be NO loitering in the lobby to wait for your pet.
◘ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, please be prepared to either pay over the phone with a debit/credit card beforehand OR we can give you your total for the exact amount with cash/check for a quick exchange. Your pet will be let outside via dog door to the same outside kennels you put them in when they arrived.
◘ 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝘁, please let us know beforehand and we will come to your car to receive and return your pet to you.
Nail grinding stand-alone services will be available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us to set up an appointment!
A reminder that we are still not currently taking any new grooming appointments at this time. Once we are able to resume our normal scheduling, we will be in touch with those who are on our list to make an appointment. We thank you for your patience - it is much appreciated!
