My dog, Brinx, is a high-anxiety GSP. I have taken him to different kennels in Pittsburgh where I live and I have never been comfortable or satisfied with the care of my dog. Since he’s so anxious, they basically told me, “he’s very anxious, he had a bad stay here.” I tried another one and I picked him up and he was “wailing!” It was awful.VCPR has made my dog's stays simple, fun, cared for, and very easy on me as a dog mom. He gets snacks, runs, bubbles, playtime, and groomed! It’s perfection. They also send photos and updates of my dog when we are gone for long periods of time (a week) it was nice because I was worried about him and his anxiety. I drive my dog from Pittsburgh to Hawthorne for such good care. My in-laws and family live in New Bethlehem, so they suggested VCPR to me. It’s been fabulous. It’s worth the drive because he gets so well cared for. VCPR also responds via email, immediately. They answer all questions and are so kind. Both by email, phone, and also in person. Brinx came home happy and EXHAUSTED so I know his old puppy self had a great week. I’m Very thankful for VCPR. It’s taken Some time to find a place that can handle my dog's high anxiety and quirks. I would give 5 stars to VCPR for the service, care, communication, and price. It’s very reasonable to send your pup for a week if needed as we did!

We began taking our German Shepherd, Sebastian to Amber for one on one training. And from the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff has been nothing but amazing. My little guy is a definite momma's boy and has a little separation anxiety. But when he realizes we're headed to Vintage Country Pet Resort he's so excited he can hardly contain himself. Such wonderful, experienced staff will lovingly care for your fur babies. I would only ever trust Vintage Country Pet Resort with my guy.

Today was Sebastian's first time staying for the day. The staff was wonderful. They made sure to send plenty of text messages and pictures throughout the day, keeping us updated on how much fun he was having. We want to thank the entire staff for how kind they have been to us, and our little boy. We can't recommend Vintage Country Pet resorts enough.

Before I moved I would travel an hour and a half one way past 2 kennels to get to Vintage Country Pet Restore. They are the more caring, reliable, trustworthy girls there are. I have done many training lessons with Amber and I swear she is a dog whisperer. I am also in the military and when we have had a very unpredictable year this year, they have done out of their way to help us so we can worry about our mission at the time. I can’t say enough about this kennel. 100% recommend.

We have 3 Shih Tzus (4 including our son's dog). We have taken our dogs there since it was Trillium. We have known these ladies for a long time. They do an amazing job with our munchkins. Their grooming is top notch and they are very kind and caring to our dogs. They are the only people we implicitly trust with our dogs grooming. Our dogs love going there.

Friendly people who take very good care of your pets and listen to you when you discuss how your pets like to be treated. I travel the extra mile to get them to take care of Stella. They also are in contact with the vet if they have questions about immunization updates.
