Our Business Hours

Kindly help our staff continue to provide the best care for your best friend by being respectful of our business hours. Plan your drop off and pick up accordingly. NO lobby hours on holidays!

There will be an additional charge of $30.00 for boarding clients who pick up and drop off outside of our scheduled lobby hours.

BOARDING BOOKING: 
If you are dropping off for an overnight visit or picking up from a sleepover, please do so during our regular hours.
   𓃠 Weekdays 7am – 11am OR 3pm – 7pm 
   𓃠 Weekend 8am – 11am OR 4pm – 7pm

Boarding stays will be charged by the day. This means the first day of your pet's stay will be $30 ($35 during peak season) no matter what time you drop your pet off, however, you will not be charged for the final day of your pet's stay if they are picked up during our morning hours. If your pet is picked up during our evening hours, this will result in another boarding day being charged. 

 

DAYCARE BOOKING:
Daycare consists of any pet that is dropped off and picked up within the same calendar day. 
   𓃠 Weekdays 7am – 7pm   

   𓃠 Weekend 8am – 11am OR 4pm – 7pm

 

GROOMING BOOKING: 
Grooming is by appointment only.  Most grooms take 2-3 hours and we will be happy to text or phone you when your pet is ready. Pets may be dropped off before and picked up after their scheduled appointment at no additional charge.

Drop your pet off as early as 7am and let them play!

   𓃠 Tuesday & Thursday 10am - 5pm

HOLIDAYS:

Holidays are counted as the day of said holiday, priced at $40.

Vintage Country Pet Resort's lobby is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  Additionally, our lobby will be closed for the evenings of Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. 

Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly. While drop-off and pick-up are not permitted when our lobby is closed, rest assured our staff will still be in attendance caring for the needs of your pet.
